‘Banned for what?’: Koo co-founders slam Twitter for suspension of account
Elon Musk’s Twitter has suspended the account of native microblogging platform Koo, prompting angry tweets from its two founders who questioned the rationale behind the move.
Ko Eminence suspended handle was launched a few days ago. This was for queries raised by celebrities and VIPs who wanted to join the social media platform.

One of Ku’s Twitter handles has recently been banned. For what? Because we compete with Twitter? Therefore? Mastodon was also blocked today. How is this freedom of speech and what kind of world do we live in? Apramya Radhakrishna, who is also CEO of Ko, tweeted.
Meanwhile, in a series of tweets, co-founder Mayank Bidavatka slammed Musk for “shooting the messenger.”
“How much more control does the man (the mask) need?” Bidavatka asked.
On Dec. 15, the South African-born billionaire announced that any accounts found to engage in excessive “doxxing” would be suspended. Doxxing refers to revealing the identity of an anonymous user account or exposing someone’s personal information.
There has been no response yet from Twitter or Twitter India regarding the suspension of the handle, which came a day after the Musk-owned social network. Banned accounts Nearly half a dozen journalists covering the company were accused of violating doxing laws.

Twitter has also suspended control of its competitor Mastodon.
